Cyberbullying session with Annie.
What i learnt from our session with Annie.
We were learning about cyberbullying. We were learning about how cyberbullying affects people’s feelings and how the person would react if they were cyberbullied.
She was also talking about the disciplines people receive when hurting a person online. Students over the age of 17 either go to prison for 2 years or get a fine which is $50,000. Children under 17 get a warning from the police or have to go to a place called the youth justice.
Annie was also asking us students of room seven question about cyberbullying. One of her questions was how would the person getting cyber bullied feel or act to the threat and mean words that has been said to he/her.
Most students answered the person will feel hurt and sad, other students said they would feel like hurting themselves even more. She was also saying that when you or someone else post something online it’s hard for you or the other person to take it down cause the viewers must’ve screenshot it or sent it to people they have contacted.
Even though you own the photo and you’ve taken it down someone may have or may have not screenshot it or saved the photo or video.
